Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Note for site owner: this policy was drafted based on typical practice for a made-to-order/custom fabrication business. Please review and adjust the specific timeframes and conditions below to match your actual business practice before relying on this page - especially the cancellation window and refund processing time, which should reflect what you can realistically commit to.

1. Order Cancellations

Because most of our products involve custom fabrication, cancellation terms depend on how far your order has progressed:

Before production begins: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if fabrication has not yet started.
After production begins: Once custom fabrication has started, cancellation may only be possible with a partial refund, deducting costs already incurred (materials, labour to that point). We will inform you of any applicable deduction before confirming a cancellation.
Ready-made/stock items: Can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (+91 70100 88943) or email (hello@giocondo.in) with your order number. The sooner you reach out, the more likely a full refund is possible.

3. Returns

Because signage products are typically custom-made to your specifications (size, branding, material), we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind once an item has been fabricated to your order. For ready-made/stock items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition - contact us to arrange this.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the problem, at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider's processing time.

6. Installation-Related Issues

If an installation issue arises that is due to our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no charge. Issues arising from site conditions outside our control (e.g. structural changes to your building, third-party damage after installation) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
